Note for New Users: When you first access your dashboard, many metrics may show "0" or display messages like "Your Data is on its way!" This is completely normal. As your bot begins interacting with customers, these sections will populate with real-time data.
Dashboard Banners
At the top of your dashboard, you may see important notification banners:
Email Verification Banner
If your email address hasn't been verified yet, you'll see a warning banner:
- Purpose: Reminds you to verify your email for account security
- Action: Click "Resend Email" to receive a new verification link
- Status Messages:
- "A confirmation link was already sent and is still valid"
- "Account is already active" (if already verified)
Incomplete Survey Banner
If you haven't completed all onboarding steps:
- Purpose: Encourages completion of the setup process
- Action: Click to continue the onboarding survey
- Benefit: Complete setup ensures optimal bot configuration

Your dashboard prominently displays four essential metrics in card format:
Total Conversations
- Shows the total number of chat interactions your bot has handled
- Helps you understand customer engagement levels
- Displays percentage change vs. previous period
Total Message Count
- Displays the overall number of messages exchanged
- Includes both incoming customer messages and outgoing bot responses
- Shows trend indicator (up/down) compared to previous period
Total Orders
- Tracks the number of orders processed through your bot
- Only visible if your bot is configured for e-commerce
- Includes period-over-period comparison
Total Sales
- Shows the monetary value of sales generated through bot interactions
- Displayed in your business currency
- Complements order tracking with revenue insights
3. Top 10 Most Used Words
This analytics section reveals valuable insights about your customer conversations:
Display Options:
- Cloud View: Visual representation where word size indicates frequency
- List View: Traditional ranked list of most common terms
Time Range Selection:
The word cloud has its own independent time range selector:
- This Week
- This Month
- Last 30 Days
- Custom range

For businesses using ReadyChatAI for order management, this comprehensive table includes:

- Created: Order date and time
- Quantity: Number of items ordered
- Total Cost: Order value
- Channels: Social media channel where order originated
- Status: Current order status (pending, processing, shipped)
