πŸ’‘ Note for New Users: When you first access your dashboard, many metrics may show "0" or display messages like "Your Data is on its way!" This is completely normal. As your bot begins interacting with customers, these sections will populate with real-time data.

1. Date Range Selector​

Located at the top of your dashboard, this powerful filter allows you to:

  • View data for specific time periods
  • Select predefined ranges (This Week, This Month, etc.)
  • Choose custom date ranges for detailed analysis
  • Compare performance across different intervals

2. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)​

Your dashboard prominently displays four essential metrics in card format:

Total Conversations

  • Shows the total number of chat interactions your bot has handled
  • Helps you understand customer engagement levels

Total Message Count

  • Displays the overall number of messages exchanged
  • Includes both incoming customer messages and outgoing bot responses

Total Orders

  • Tracks the number of orders processed through your bot
  • Only visible if your bot is configured for e-commerce

Total Sales

  • Shows the monetary value of sales generated through bot interactions
  • Complements order tracking with revenue insights

3. Top 10 Most Used Words​

This analytics section reveals valuable insights about your customer conversations:

Display Options:

  • Cloud View: Visual representation where word size indicates frequency
  • List View: Traditional ranked list of most common terms

Benefits:

  • Identify trending topics and customer interests
  • Discover common customer needs and pain points
  • Find opportunities to enhance your bot's knowledge base
  • Understand the language your customers use

Initially displays "No Words Found Yet" until sufficient conversation data is collected.

4. Unanswered Questions​

This critical section is your bot improvement tool, listing queries your bot couldn't answer:

Key Features:

  • Filter questions by various criteria
  • Identify knowledge gaps in your bot's training
  • Prioritize which information to add to your knowledge base

How to Use This Data:

  • Review questions regularly to spot patterns
  • Add missing information to your Data Sources & FAQs
  • Refine existing answers for better clarity
  • Improve your bot's response accuracy over time

Shows "No Questions Found" when all queries have been successfully addressed.

5. All Orders Overview​

For businesses using ReadyChatAI for order management, this comprehensive table includes:

Order Details:

  • ID: Unique order identifier
  • Products: Items included in the order
  • Customer: Customer information
  • Created: Order date and time
  • Quantity: Number of items ordered
  • Total Cost: Order value
  • Channels: Social media channel where order originated
  • Status: Current order status (pending, processing, shipped)
  • Actions: Quick action buttons for order management

Management Tools:

  • Filter and sort orders by various criteria
  • Export order data for external analysis
  • Track order flow and fulfillment

Displays "No Orders added yet" if no orders have been processed.
