Account Access

Sign in, confirm your email, and recover access safely

This guide covers the public account-access screens. If you are already signed in and want to change your password or review active devices, see Settings.

Open the ReadyChatAI sign-in page and choose the method that belongs to your account:

  • Enter your username or email address and password.
  • Choose Continue with Google if the account was created with Google.
  • Choose Continue with Facebook if the account was created with Facebook.

If ReadyChatAI says the account was created with a social login, use that provider's button. A password entered in the regular form cannot sign in to an account that does not have a ReadyChatAI password.

Remember me stores the username or email address in that browser for up to 30 days so the field can be filled next time. It does not store the password. Leave it off on a shared device.

Session length

Signing in keeps you signed in for up to 30 days of inactivity, not just for the current tab or day. The dashboard renews your session automatically while you use it, and only signs you out — sending you back to Sign in — after about 30 days with no activity, or when you sign out yourself.

Confirm your email

After email registration, ReadyChatAI sends a confirmation link that stays valid for 3 days. Open the link from your inbox. A successful confirmation takes you to the Dashboard if you are already signed in, or to Sign in if you are not.

You can sign in before confirming the address, but email-dependent features and notifications may remain unavailable until it is verified. Confirm it promptly and check the spam or junk folder if the message is not in your inbox.

If the confirmation page shows Invalid Link or Verification Failed, the link is incomplete, invalid, expired, or already unusable. Do not edit its address. Use Resend Email when that option appears, or return to Sign in and request a new confirmation through the available account prompt. Requesting one again while a valid link is still active does not send a fresh one — you'll see a message that a link was already sent, and the original keeps working until its own 3-day window ends.

Forgot your password

  1. From Sign in, click Forgot password?
  2. Enter the email address registered to the account.
  3. Submit the form and follow the message shown on the page.
  4. Open the newest password-reset email and follow its link.
  5. Enter the new password twice. It must contain at least 8 characters, and the two entries must match.
  6. After the success message, return to Sign in and use the new password.

A reset link expires 1 hour after you request it, and once you use it successfully it cannot be used again.

Skip the reset: if your account shares its email address with a Google account, choose Continue with Google on Sign in instead. It signs you in without asking for or checking a ReadyChatAI password, even if the account was originally created with a username and password.

The reset page checks the link before enabling the password form. If the link is invalid or expired, it sends you back to Forgot password? to request a new one.

Use the latest email and open the complete link in a browser. If an email client has wrapped the link across lines, use its normal Open link action instead of copying only part of the address.

Some ReadyChatAI emails contain a private link that signs you in and continues to a specific account-setup screen. Open the complete, most recent link. If it is missing, invalid, or expired, ReadyChatAI returns you to the normal sign-in page.

Some channel-connection links open a mobile continuation screen. Keep the original link intact. If it cannot be validated, you are returned to Sign in. Facebook business login is not supported from the mobile continuation screen; use a desktop browser for that step.

If you are the last user on the account

Deleting the last team member on the account — including deleting yourself when no one else remains — closes the business account entirely, and no one can sign back in afterward. You'll find this action in Settings > User Management; see Settings for what else that involves before you delete anyone.

  • Treat confirmation, password-reset, and continuation links as private. Anyone with a still-valid link may be able to use the action it authorizes.
  • Check that the page is on the ReadyChatAI website before entering a password.
  • Do not send your password or private account links in a support ticket.
  • On a shared device, leave Remember me off and sign out when finished.
  • If you suspect an unfamiliar session, sign in from a trusted device and use Settings > Personal > Active Devices to revoke it.
  • Repeated requests may be temporarily limited. Wait before trying again rather than submitting the same form continuously.
