Notifications and Account

Path: Settings > Personal

Personal settings has three tabs: User Account, Notifications and Active Devices.

User Account

Update your profile picture, name, email, timezone and interface language. Show Online controls your visible availability, and Change Password updates your credentials. Profile images may be JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF or WEBP up to 5 MB.

Notifications

Choose the alerts you want, then press Update; selecting a box alone does not save it.

Available topics include new orders, unanswered questions, channel-token expiry, new messages, account issues, message limits, escalations, file processing, sales and high-intent leads, and completed or failed website imports. Every topic starts turned on for a new business except Sales leads and Escalations (WhatsApp), which start off — check those two yourself if you want them.

Most of these boxes only control the bell icon inside the dashboard. Channel-token expiry and account-issue emails — including the one that warns you when you hit your message limit — go out by email regardless of what you choose here; there is no way to turn those two emails off.

Escalation alerts can also be sent through WhatsApp. That option uses the owner contact number, which must include its country code, such as +1…. Each WhatsApp escalation is a template message billed by Meta, which is why it starts unchecked.

Escalating a conversation from the Playground never sends a real WhatsApp message or email, even with these boxes checked — only the "Human requested" indicator lights up in your dashboard. This is intentional: a real alert from a test escalation would page your own WhatsApp number.

Active Devices

The list shows every signed-in session with IP address, location, creation time, last activity and expiry. Your current session is marked This session. Sign out anything you do not recognize.

Delete your account

Account deletion is requested from the delete-account page and confirmed by email:

  1. Submit the account email.
  2. Open the newest confirmation email and follow its complete link.
  3. Confirm the request. Account access is then removed; the page states that processing associated data can take up to three business days.

After confirmation, the request cannot be cancelled or reversed. Export anything you need first. Some information may remain where the law requires it. If you only need to remove a teammate's access, disable that user from Settings instead.
