Managing Orders
The "Orders" section is your central hub for viewing, tracking, and managing all customer orders initiated or processed through your ReadyChatAI bot. This is essential for businesses using the bot for e-commerce and sales.

The Order Metrics section with KPI cards and date range picker.
Order Metrics
At the top of the page, an Order Metrics section displays five KPI cards with a date range picker:
| Metric | Description |
|---|---|
| Total Orders | Total count of all orders received, with % change vs. previous period |
| Completed Orders | Orders that have been successfully fulfilled and closed |
| Orders in Progress | Orders currently being processed |
| Orders Cancelled | Orders cancelled by the customer or your team |
| Total Sales | Total monetary value generated from all orders (displayed in your business currency) |
Use the date range picker to view metrics for specific time periods. Each card shows the count, "This Month" label, and percentage change.
Order Status Tabs
Below the metrics, a set of tabs allows you to filter the order list by status:
- All Orders — Displays every order regardless of status
- In Progress — Orders currently being worked on
- Draft — Orders started but not fully submitted
- Confirmed — Orders acknowledged and ready for processing
- Shipping — Orders dispatched for delivery
- Delivered — Orders that have reached the customer
- Completed — Orders fully processed and closed
- Cancelled — Orders that will not be fulfilled
Clicking any tab refreshes the table to show only orders with that status.
