Submitting a Support Request

The "Help Request Ticket" page allows you to contact the ReadyChatAI Customer Success team directly from your dashboard. Use this page to report issues, ask questions, or submit feature requests.

Submitting a Ticket

The form contains three fields:

Summary (required)A brief description of your inquiry — in a few words, tell us what it's about
Description (required)A detailed explanation of the issue, question, or feature request
File Attachments (optional)Upload supporting files such as screenshots, documents, or logs

File Upload Requirements

  • Maximum file size: 25 MB per file
  • Maximum files: 10
  • Supported formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF, WEBP, PDF, TXT, CSV, DOCX, XLSX, DOC
  • Upload method: Click the upload area or drag and drop files

Steps to Submit

  1. Navigate to the Help Request Ticket page from the dashboard
  2. Enter a short summary of your inquiry in the first field
  3. Provide a detailed description in the second field
  4. Optionally attach relevant files (screenshots, error logs, etc.)
  5. Click Submit to send your ticket

Your request is sent to the ReadyChatAI support team, who will follow up with you.

Best Practices

  • Be Specific: Include details like what page you were on, what action you took, and what happened vs. what you expected
  • Attach Screenshots: Visual evidence helps the support team understand and resolve issues faster
  • One Issue Per Ticket: Keep each ticket focused on a single topic for faster resolution
