Managing Categories​

Categories help you organize your products logically, making it easier for both you and your bot to manage and reference your inventory. Customers also benefit from a structured presentation of your offerings.

Categories Dashboard​

The top of the Categories page provides a quick overview:

  • Total Categories: The total number of product categories you've created.
  • Recently Added: Categories added within a recent timeframe (e.g., "This Month").
  • Trending Categories: (If applicable) Categories that are frequently accessed or associated with popular products.

An "Import Categories" button might also be present, allowing you to upload a list of categories in bulk.

All Categories Table​

This table lists all your created categories:

  • Name: The name of the category.
  • Description: A brief description of the category.
  • Actions: Options to edit or delete the category.

"No Categories added yet" will appear if you haven't defined any.

Use the "Add New Categories" button to create a new category. You'll likely be prompted for a name and description.
