Product Imports
Import a catalogue from a public store page, spreadsheet or document instead of entering every product by hand.
Path: Commerce & Services > Products > Web Scraping or Import Files. Neither tab exists in a real-estate account — see Real Estate Mode.
The Import Products button also opens both choices.
Import from a website
- Choose the website option.
- Enter a public URL beginning with
http://orhttps://and a maximum of 1 to 200 products. - Submit and wait for the session to finish.
- Review, edit, approve or reject the results, then import the approved rows.

Use the store home page or a category page that lists products and does not require sign-in. Start with a small maximum to check the results.
Import a spreadsheet
Upload CSV or XLSX up to 10 MB and 2,000 rows. Split larger catalogues into several files.
Your file does not have to match a template. On Review your import, check:
- the detected product count and mapping confidence;
- which source column maps to each product field;
- the product preview; and
- defaults for missing currency, stock and availability.
You can change a mapping or choose Do not import. Product Name and Price must be mapped before confirmation.
The downloadable official CSV template skips the review step when its headers are recognized:

Upload a PDF, DOCX or TXT price list or catalogue up to 10 MB. ReadyChatAI extracts product candidates for the import.
Review import history
Import Files keeps each import with its state, source product count and number actually imported. Open an entry to see its details. Always review the created products, especially price, currency, stock and availability, before letting the assistant offer them.
Return to Products to maintain the catalogue.
