What you can upload, and the daily upload limit​

Under Sources you can upload documents for your bot to read: PDF, Word, Excel or text.

  • Each document can be up to 25 MB, and a business can hold up to 50 documents.
  • Only one document is read at a time. Wait for it to finish before uploading the next.
  • A business can make 30 uploads a day during its first 7 days, and 10 a day after that.
  • The daily count renews at 00:00 UTC. The message you see tells you the time in your own timezone.
  • Deleting a document does not give an upload back. Replacing one with a new version and reading a website also count as uploads.

If you see the message that you reached today's upload limit, this daily count is the reason. Your account is fine and nothing was lost: upload the rest once it renews. These limits are separate from the 5 files you can attach to one answer.
